I have so much love for this shoot and all of the vendors, so please pardon me a second while I GUSH over them. First off, when a vendor signs on to participate in a styled shoot, it means that they are donating their time, talent, and product with no financial compensation. I don't know if you know how hard wedding vendors work, but for some vendors, a project is a full work week! That is kind of a huge deal, and all of these folks deserve a hug and a beer for their extra hard work DURING WEDDING SEASON! That is correct, all of these guys, took on an extra project during our busiest time of the year. Serious high fives and an extra beer :)
I think it is safe to say that Brittany with SimplyGypsy Events put in the most time into this shoot as she styled everything, and coordinated with all of the vendors and made sure we were all on the same page, and that everything is running smoothly. Seriously brides and grooms of the world, you NEED someone like Brittany at your wedding doing the same for you. She worked tirelessly on this project, and her work is nothing less than perfection. For this project, she not only put together a wedding shoot BUT a gift opening, and groom's dinner shoot as well!
I could go on and on about each vendor, like this, but let's face it.... they were asked to be a part of the shoot because they are just THAT awesome, so I hope that they don't mind that I am saving myself from writing a full on novel to gush about them. I will say that I wanted to steal everything that was part of the shoot for myself. That's right, I have been turned into a criminal.... but I did ask before I got away with an awesome custom print from B.Wright Designs that is currently hanging in my dining room at home. :)
The Brule River Barn was the setting for this beautiful shoot, and we ended up with a perfect day! The only thing that I would have changed was the level of buggyness, but with the way the images turned out, I'm pretty ok, if that was the only issue ;). Ok, on with the photos....
