Weather is a HUGE topic of conversation, here in good ole' Minnesota. It was SUPPOSED to rain all.day.long. Everyone had been watching the forecast like a hawk, the week before, leading up to the wedding day. All the worry about the rain, thankfully, was for nothing... because we all woke up on the wedding day to a forecast clear from rain!
I cannot even begin to tell you how spectacular Rob and Jackie's wedding was.... but I sure am going to try! I LOVVVVVVVED what the bridesmaids wore! They looked so elegant, yet comfortable. It is actually something that can be worn again! Bonus point for the men, because they wore fitted suits! Seriously folks, if you want your men to look good on a wedding day.... get an actual fitted suit. Jackie looked so gorgeous; everyone was rightfully gushing over her. Her flowy silk dress... no words.
To top everything off..... I'm going to have dreams about that cheesecake for the rest of my life!
When I initially meet with a couple about their wedding, I am so excited to hear all about what they are planning, and what my couples envision for their day. But there is something that excites me even more.... and it is the couple. I was only able to meet with Jackie, so I didn't get to see how they are as a couple, until the engagement session. I was completely blown away by Rob and Jackie's chemistry. They are so in love, and they truly understand each other... and they LAUGH together, which is my favorite thing in the whole world with my couples.
Rob and Jackie, I can't thank you enough for having us at your wedding. I still want to steal your dog.... and we need to get together for Tater Tot Hot Dish.... with cheese.... duh
