Carlos and Alissa were one of those couples that I instantly liked. We met over Skype, and when Alissa was home from the east coast for Thanksgiving, we decided to meet up face to face. We all laughed when Alissa arrived with her whole family. I think all of us sat and chatted for a couple of hours and then Alissa was off to pick out the most amazing wedding dress in the history of the world!
Alissa perfectly combined industrial elements of L’atelier Couture and Aria with softer elements of the decor that included chandeliers and gorgeous greenery and florals from Munster Rose. The circular arrangement of the ceremony was so unique and the cluster of chandeliers that hung directly over Carlos and Alissa during the ceremony were quite the site. Between the ceremony and reception, the ceremony site was flipped into one of the most amazing receptions I have ever seen in all of my life. Even more chandeliers, rustic wood tables contrasted with ultra modern and elegant place settings, and completed by beautiful floral arrangements. It took our minds off the fact that there were 40 mph winds whipping outside!
I will finish by saying that their guests sure know how to bust a move on the dance floor!
